Re: Release 0.8 discussion thread
Reproduced the error:
Looks like you have FSUIPC disabled but loading a FSUIPC Profile. This will not work of course.
(Crash will be fixed by next update , however just load a SimConnect Profile and all will be fine)

Re: Release 0.8 discussion thread
Updated to Spad 0.8
Now when I start FSX and then start Spad
Spad is not responding and the message at the bottom says Simvonnect is not connected.
Tried a restart of the computer but still Spad is not responding.
See attached log fiLE.

Re: Release 0.8 discussion thread
DirectOutput Service running ?
According to the logfile , SPAD.neXt is not allowed to start it.
Maybe try starting SPAD.neXt as Administrator.

Re: Release 0.8 discussion thread
I have been starting Spad.next as Administrator, but I have no idea what to do or what I should look for when it comes to DirectOutput.
I'll see what I can find in the Output folder.

-> Control Panel -> Administration -> Services
Look for "Saitek DirectOutput" make sure it's started.

Re: Release 0.8 discussion thread
no, rightclick it in services and select "stop" , then start , or "restart"
Starting means the service hung up while starting up.
