Did you update the game list in Track IR? Before I launched flight school I opened up TrackIR and then updated the games list and restarted TrackIR. I then just opened up Flight School and it worked. I did nothing else.

I believe you just need to deactivate the version on the old computer first. After you do that you'll be able to activate the key on the new computer. If you have an issue for some reason a quick email to support will get you fixed up.
